Return Policy

SpinTech Performance Muffler Limited Return Policy:

 
  1. Special order products, which include all fabricated and all stainless steel parts, 
    are NOT RETURNABLE.
  2. All returns will be for store credit only, NO CASH REFUNDS.
  3. No returns will be accepted without a product return number (PRN).
  4. Returns for credit on defective parts must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
  5. Notice of shipped short, missing item must be made within 7 days of reciept of order.
  6. Defective parts or incorrect parts will be corrected or replaced upon review by SpinTech.
  7. No returns accepted after 20 days from receipt of items purchased
  8. Items returned without a product return number (PRN) will not be processed.
  9. A 20% restocking charge will apply on all returned items.
  10. SHIPPING TO BE PREPAID BY CUSTOMER.
